I have been reading these guys for about a year now. They seem like the guys that will steal information from anywhere and then seem to sway odd ways in accordance with their advertisers. Sadly, this English Language Russian site is nothing but a tabloid in tech site's clothing.

This site ROCKS. They have very in depth information on all the latest technology and news. I like how they really go above and beyond with their testing and don't settle for anything less. It's also the only tech site I know of that has a woman, Anna, as Editor in Chief, kinda cool idea.
