I had major problems with viruses just after starting my business. Since using Symantec virus software about 6 potential virus have been identified and dealt with. No problems since. Excellent value for money as well.

The Symantec website feels like they are always pushing the customer away. I work in the e-commerce industry and understand the importance of trying to minimize cost thru a great online help, but charging your customers again for customer service??? I just finished paying $75 dollars for a product and it wont install right and I have to pay $30 to receive help??? that is 40% of the price of the product!!!!!!! This does not seem right to me. Either they are getting way to many calls from customers that have the same issue (and it may not be the customers fault all the time!) or its more lucrative to do it this way. Very disapointed at the customer service Symantec provides.
