Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Opportunities for npr.org

Queries that provide opportunities for this site to advertise through Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to get more traffic. They are popular queries that are relevant to the site, and have low competition in search engine marketing. Learn More Many sites are actively advertising in search engines for the most valuable search queries. This high level of competition tends to result in high advertising costs, which makes it difficult to find attractive advertising opportunities. These opportunities may still exist, however, by looking at the "long tail". The long tail contains search queries with lower Query Popularity, but such queries also tend to have lower QCI. By advertising for many of these queries, sites may still be able to manage an effective search engine marketing campaign. Note that not all queries on the long tail may be very relevant to this site, but this list may contain a number of strong advertising candidates.

silver100 says: NPR (National Public Radio) is some of the best media and news service you'll find in the U.S. On their radio programs and on their website, they cover a wide variety of issues relevant to the United States and world today. For an American news service, the international news coverage is excellent and covers many international stories that other American news outlets such as CNN and FOX tend to ignore. The latest website update is excellent and is so far one of the best websites I've used, very modern, clean, and easy to use. The comment sections of the articles are well-moderated. Inflammatory, racist, xenophobic, etc comments are removed very fast unlike Fox News were such comments are generally welcomed on their online article comment sections. NPR.org content is updated frequently and is a great addition to their regular radio programming. Some people have claimed that NPR has a bias and while it is true that by American “standards”, NPR may occasionally lean to the left, many would simply consider that to just be “common-sense” (for example, not describing Palestinians as evil blood thirsty terrorists is not considered bias in the rest of the world, it may be to some Americans). NPR articles are generally non-biased and usually present many different opinions and perspectives on the issue at hand. Overall I’m very happy with NPR and enjoy having npr.org as my homepage.

why has NPR gotten to be known as National Palestine Radio? with its obsession about Israel - it is not "all things considered"? with its unrelentless criticism ofall things Israel and its sympathy with allthings palestinian. why is it NPR's official policy not to call murderers of jewish children not terrorists?peter kenyon, linda gradstein, julie mccarthy, neal conan, lianne hansen, bob siegel, alex chadwick, daniel zwerdling - are all biased. but what is worse is that loren jenkins is the foreign news editor - he has unapologetically called Israelis Nazis. then there is jeffrey dvorkin the insider who is supposed to be the NPR ombudsman. he is just an apologist for NPR.

Here's the thing. I am conservative, and yes, NPR has a predominantly liberal voice. However, it also draws in a wide range of artists to discuss their work, at least this is what much of the content on the web page is. Furthermore, this website is great in that not only does it offer bonus information about every story, but it provides the audio (when copyright allows) for the listener. I have found this site to be invaluable and have enjoyed it thoroughly. All Songs Considered is just one highlight. In summary, to stress only the political message, while overlooking the cultural value and great content of this website is a shame. Truly this webpage deserves any accolades it receives. I, for one, feel that even if my money sometimes (read that, rarely) supports a cause for which I do not care; it still goes to the right place as evidenced here.

I started listenting to NPR as a high school student, sense then I have been a consistent and loyal listener. I enjoy the website becase, due to work and school, I am not always able to listen to when it airs. The site allows me the opportunity to continue to enjoy the program and many more that are not available on my local NPR station. NPR continues to be an excellent source of news and information.

NPRs value is to see and hear how differently a biased group can spin the same event. Federally funded, it is the best deal the democrat party can get to expouse their message.

It is incredible that taxpayers have to pay for a liberal propaganda machine like this. They should just change their name from NPR (National Public Radio) to DPR (Democrat Propaganda Radio).

National Public Radio is the best source for radio news and interesting feature stories. The NPR Web site is also outstanding, with lots of additional information about items heard on NPR, plus access to archived audio of NPR broadcasts.

I recommend

NPR archives its best stories on this site, giving you the option of listening to them when it's convenient for you. There's always something worth listening to on this site.

NPR is a great place to hear and see interesting perspectives and news items that aren't covered by anyone else. However, their liberal-leaning editorial bias is very evident, and downright tendentious on some issues, such as the Middle East. I have heard some refer to the site as "National Palestine Radio" in it's unswaying support for the Palestinian cause and in taking sides against Israel - despite trying to outwardly show an even-handed approach to the issue.
