Comments: This site sells magazines below the subscription rate allowed by publishers. This is nothing but theft and this site cannot be trusted. Beware of any orders with these people. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

On October 25th 2005, I ordered 3 magazines from the website mags4cheap.com. It is now June of 2006 and I have yet to receive one single publication. I have left dozens of phone and email messages and have not ever received a return call. The only way I have communication is if they happen to be in their office when I call. In lieu of not delivering on the contract, I demanded a refund, which they will not grant. I spent $168 with this company, which they gladly took and gave me nothing in return. In my dealings with them, I have been ignored, hung up on and called a "mental patient". They are nothing more then theives and I beg all consumers to not become prey to them.

I put three separate orders in the beginning of August 2006. I made three separate orders thinking what great gifts they would make. Whenever I call or email, I am strung along and told another week or so. It's now 2007. Over 5 months...NO MAGS! I feel like my hands are tied. Their customer service is terrible. I assume they have to deal w/ angry customers all day. I wasn't even finished asking questions when the guy hung up on me. UPDATE: Still haven't gotten any mags. I got a refund for 2 orders but not for one. They say it's on it's way so they can't give me my money back. We'll see if they ever arrive. I tried to get my money for that order as well but he was very firm and said there was nothing he could do. I didn't even get any apology for all my troubles. It's been over 6 months now. So....PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
