Comments: it's almost impossible to find what you need in this site; it forces you to call asking for help, but that is also a tough route because finding the right person can take forever; on top of all that, the site is painstakingly slow; please, re-design the site from scratch with the user in mind and give this ancient institution the 21st century online face it deserves!!! P.S.: in case anyone cares enough to take note, please also do something about the acoustics of the journalim faculty building in which monstruous reverb makes it almost impossible to keep a normal conversation in places like the cafeteria; the faculty was designed by famous portuguese architect ALVARO SIZA, who, no doubt, must be either deaf or dumb.
