Comments: Most consumers do not realize this site charges per clicks. My frustration is if someone clicks on the link for my business, then searches all other listings on site, then come back, I just paid twice for that customer. In an attempt to advertise my companies products, I have (at this point) paid about $350 and have received about 10 orders or $35 per order. Being in an industry with little mark-up, this site is not friendly to certain industries or small businesses, so beware!

Wow, what a lousy site - it's got the worst name of any comparison shopping site, bad customer service, limited category coverage (where are services, travel and mortgages?), and a design that talks down to me and makes me feel like I'm a novice Internet user.

WATCH OUT !!!!!!!! This is a terrible site for businesses... I was on there for 6 months spent $1200 and only 4 sales. I think many of the ppc (pay per clicks) were done by a 3rd party for shopzilla or they (your sales agent) clicks on your stuff. I dont trust this site I think they click on your products just to get more money. Who watches them to make sure they are not doing that. Also you have to watch the prices many on the site advsertise for less and when you get to that item on the site at that companies home page it is more $$$$$$$$. If you are not on shopzilla be careful before you join them because you do not know who is clicking on your items. The sales we made from shopzilla did no way come close to the $1200 in clicks we paid out for. F grage for Shopzilla
