beanbucker says: Raw Story has a horrible reputation among liberal activists, journalists and media critics. From Karl Rove's impending 27 indictments, through years of repeated claims the US was planning to invade Iran, to bogus claims of plagiarism against popular authors and real reporters to a recent claim that Governor Mark Sanford had vanished to take part in Nude Hiking Day, this site has time and again reaffirmed its reputation as a laughing stock. If you like your reporting from a liberal angle, check Talking Points Memo. If you want the best inside reporting on the Hill, check Politico. If you want a great place to find all the news a liberal might be interested in, check Huffington Post. But, if you happen to be looking for a pale imitation of Drudge or Huffington, this number one hangout for anti-semites and conspiracy theorists with an academic bent on the web, you'll find it there.
