Hi, Pixmania is the electronic consumer website i recommend over all in Europe.

First the good points: Great selection, competitive prices, reasonable product information and customer service staff did actually reply to e-mails. The bad points however look too much like a "how not to do business" guide: credit card charged before goods available, availability dates creeping backwards without explanation, product mysteriously not shipped even when in stock, requirement to fax through proof of identity while not bothering to use the CVV number (3 digits on back of card), failure to acknowledge security info safely received, customer service line uses a high-cost 0870 number. And now the big one: dealing with Pixmania is spam hell. They send as many e-mails as they see fit (lots) and unsubscribe blatantly doesn't work. This behaviour is unforgivable and has earned Pixmania a place on my spam filter. In summary: Pixmania are unlikely to rip you off, but the whole experience is too problematic.

Bonjour, J'ai commandé sur pixmania plusieurs cadeaux de noël, et j'ai bien tout reçu dans les temps (ouf!). Concernant les services et la qualité du site, rien à redire, j'ai trouvé ce que je cherchais sans souci, et la livraison s'est bien passée (le point retrait est trés cool, l'accueil est sympa, le seul hic c'est que c'est blindé). Seul petit bémol, l'état d'un de mes paquets à l'arrivée ! Je ne sais pas qui blamer mais bon, j'ai eu peur sur le coup (heureusement plus de peur que de mal). Et voilà! Je pense que c'est un site sèrieux, en tout cas je n'ai rien à redire sur mon cas.

J'ai commandé l'objet convoité, et choisi le mode de livraison Point retrait. J'ai reçu un mail de confirmation quand mon APN est arrivé en au point retrait Pixmania! J'ai commandé le mercredi, je suis allée le chercher le lendemain... à dix minutes de chez moi. L'accueil est en plus très sympa...
