I was reluctant to use a links management service, but it was becoming a real necessity. LinksManager offers a 30-day free trial period, so I thought "what the heck" and gave it a try.
Eight months later, I have two websites using LinksManager, and I couldn't be more pleased. The service is very easy to use and I have been very impressed with how ethical this company is. This is NOT a link-farm.
What really clinches it for me is that their tech support is terrific! They are consistently prompt in responding, friendly in their replies, and obviously very knowledgeable. I have never had to address the same issue twice or follow up for more complete information. Most importantly, I've never been made to feel like a moron when asking what (in retrospect) were some very, very basic questions!
If it's time for you get a links management service, this is THE ONE to use.

I have been using LinkManager for over a year now and have nothing but praise for this company. In my opinion, it is the best link management system out there. Their number one priority is ethical linking. I've e-mailed them many times in the past for questions or technical stuff and they have always promptly responded to my inquiries.
I currently use the service on two of my sites and plan to add it on more in the near future. The automated system and ease of use is worth every single penny. I'm a very happy customer.

I subscribed with Links Manager late one evening, deciding it was time for a directory where I could manage links with ease. I asked for Support immediately, as I don't have the time to make customized, intergrated pages. I was very pleased to get a response from Support the next morning.
Links Manager not only customized the directory, they have assisted on numerous occasions with further enhancements. When I have submitted a low priority request, I get a response within a very short period.
I would very highly recommend Links Manager to all Webmasters who want professional, attentive support with a top quality product.

I've been using LinksManager.com for about three months now, and probably should rate them with 5 stars. But they seem so intent on trying to improve their service, I'm leaving them a little room to move up. Nobody's perfect, but LinksManager not only listens to suggestions, they ask for them! What impresses me most is their support. I get personalized, detailed answers to every problem, and in a timely manner. Seldom do I need to send a follow-up question. It's much appreciated.

I have used this automated program for over 2 years now and it is the most ethical and effective program on the market today. It has allowed me to be in total control of the links I accept or decline and as we all know the game is not how many sites have a link to your site but how many RELEVANT links. This program has reduced the time spent on my linking campaign from approximately 40 hours per month to 2 hours per month. I am currently using it on 4 of my websites and the cost of $19.95 per month per site, (multiple site discounts available), it has well been worth it to my company as well as my mental stability. Thank you Linksmanager.com for making my life easier and providing and an important customer service feature to my websites.

Let me get this straight, I paid for a month and they canceled my service before the month is over? Bad service. I paid on 12/30/2003 and they canceled me 1/25/2004 because I asked to be canceled before the next billing. They blocked me from logging in again. They blocked everyone from even emailing the company. Shouldn't it be logical for me to be able to keep my account until the 30 days are up which I paid for?
Think about it. Note to everyone else: If you need better search ranking the linking service does work. That's why 3 stars is the most they will ever get from me.

Their service is very bad. Before I submitted my link, I put the reciprocal link on my site as they required. However, they informed me by email that they could not find the link. I then checked it out, found the link was on my site and there was no mistake. I replyed to them and ask them to check it out again. But they never contact me again, just like they all went to the moon...

I have been with LinksManager since 2004. When first starting out with my website business I had limited link directory skills or knowledge. I found the LinksManager program to be easy to understand and navigate plus they offer 5 star support and customer service. I had an opportunity to speak with you on the phone, and to exchange several messages via the easy-to-use "help desk" system -- and your staff has been consistently prompt, courteous and responsive. You really went the extra mile in helping me to set up the new "linklets" functionality on my pages. The linklets may have extended my learning curve, but the additional investment of time was well worthwhile, because this is the kind of system that saves you TONS of time, once it's up and running. I'm really impressed by what can be accomplished with the cosmetic controls, which enabled us to blend the pages together seamlessly to match my existing templates. And there are so many other good features as well. I'm recommending LinksManager to other developers. Thanks again!

I have been using LinksManager every since 2003 and love every minute of it. LOVE THE FEATURES. One of the main features is the reciprocating links checker.
The reciprocation links checker lets you know who is and who is not reciprocating so you can delete them or email them and let them know that you know that they are not reciprocating. Links manager makes it so much easier to have links pages. You set it up so that your reciprocators add their information to your pages, they then receive and email with all their information that they entered including the page where they are listed on your pages.
Once the reciprocator is done entering their information an email is sent for the link exchange automatically which not only includes their information but yours as well if you set it up that way. So no more asking: "Where is my link on your site" or "Will you let me know when my link is up". If for nothing else, I love LinksManager for that much. Another reason I love LinksManager is that my links page look just like the rest of my site and no one knows that it is LinksManager unless I tell them.
It is so helpful not have to do all this work by manually adding links. If I had to do that, I would have a very small links page."
