I consider Recipezaar the best recipe site on the Internet. There are tens of thousands of recipes, with something to suit anyone's tastes. I really appreciate getting the nutritional information too. I have made and reviewed many recipes, and I have posted many of my own too. The boards are also a wonderful addition to the site. A few problems to note: 1) many of the features don't always work properly, 2) some members are afraid to give low reviews due to criticism on the boards, so almost all recipe reviews are 4 or 5 stars. All in all, it's a great site!

If you are looking for a wonderful recipe site you need not look any further. I visit this site every day without fail. It has recipes for the beginner cooks as well as the more "seasoned" ones. You will not find nicer or more considerate people anywhere.

This used to be a great website. I was so glad when I first found it a few years ago. It's gone down hill since then. It's hit rock bottom now. Most of the features do not work and the owners to not monitor the boards in an effective manner. The allow many inapporpriate discussions to get out of hand. The are certain members who are allowed to abuse others without so much as a warning or temporary ban from posting on the boards until they cool off. In fact some of those members have been upgraded to monitor status instead of being disiplined! I will be going to Epicurious or Soar from now on. I suggest you do to.

I don't know how I stumbled across this site but I'm so glad that I did!!! Recipezaar has everything I need/want in a recipe site - ratings for recipes, nutritional info, easy to maneuver through, gives me ability to "build" my own cookbook and the ability to sort and search through recipes. I've looked at other recipe sites in the past but haven't found one that is nearly as nice as this one. I've found so many wonderful recipes that my friends now think that I'm a good cook. ;)

I have no clue how I found this place 2 years ago, but thank goodness I did! This is the smartest site with gazillions of bits of information. The owners are great listeners and try to give us what we want. They work very hard, I know. Chefs from all over the world (and a few elves) share first class recipes and information, and lots of fun. You have a question? You can get the answer here, on topics like cooking, gardening, travel, lost recipes, whatever! I love this place.
