Comments: I Am paid member of indiamart the site very bad in response the inquiries which i have received is almost fake no information of buyer is available in the inquiries received. The employees of indiamart give false commitment. they lie to customers. When i call the Executive from which i have booked the advertisement he didn't answer my calls and nobody came to provide after sales service they are just here to Fetch the users HARD EARN MONEY. Overall Bad site... Dont waste your time..

Comments: I think it is a great site. I'm an industrial machinery supplier from India and have several clients in US and Canada. Since i first listed on Indiamart I have taken many services from it and found them to be very good. My first company site was designed by indiamart. I have also found their customer support very helpful. I have been exporting for more than 4 years now and my customers in the US are quite happy with me. I would surely recommend indiamart to anyone interested in serious business. My only advice to international buyers is that there are many good businesses in India but you should make some effort to find good suppliers to deal with.
