Earlier this year my bank was bought by citibank. I was annoyed and ready to change until I used their website. There is nothing citbank doesn't let you do online. It really is great.

Why is their website so slow, its taking five minutes to load each page when trying to make a payment online. This is ridiculous.

This site loads so dang slow that even I can't stand it anymore...and I am really VERY patient! I'm even going to quit using the card since I ALWAYS pay may credit cards online...Each month it takes WAY too long to make a payment or check statements etc. Navigating through all their other stuff is a pain on top of everything else. Incase you're a procrastinator, the ONLY pro I can see...is quick payment posting. Naturally, I put off going to this slow site until absolutely necessary every month. So, I guess it's time to move all my business over to the ol'speedy MBNA site...or continue to be really annoyed with CITI bank every month.
