Comments: The concept seems good but it would be nice if they verified ownership of the artwork submitted, the slogans, logos and business names used.. There is a lot of infringement going on. Just not very ethical..

Facebook User says: They changed their way of doing business in June, and with the massive influx of profits (for them) you'd think they would have used the money to increase quality control, add more products, increase the quality of their products, update their website, etc. They have done none of that. They line their pockets with money that once went to the artists, and do nothing to make a better experience for the customer. If you want to deal with a company that gives a damn about the customer and the artist, go to Zazzle. (This should have zero stars)

After contacting Cafepress several times with problems I've encountered with the service, not once have they replied. Although they did send me their latest promotions and offers which I did not ask for. I set up a shop with them a few months ago and have had nothing but problems and received no help or advice from them which made me rethink purchasing a custom shop with them. I feel very let down by these people.

Shoppers beware - all clothing items are basically iron-ons. The quality of the materials themselves is OK (Hanes, etc.), but the actual prints are kind of cheap looking and probably won't last nearly as long as silkscreen prints. I was thinking of opening a shop and tested out the quality for this reason. Needless to say I will not open a shop there because of this and the high price structure of the products. The business concept is great though.

I placed an order with them on December 7th. Two of their customer service reps told me I had made the cutoff for flat rate shipping to receive my items by the 22nd. As of this day, the 19th, my box has been sitting in a post office facility for 7 days some where in Ohio. I received an email from them yesterday that I won't see the package for 2-3 weeks. I emailed their corporate office, no response as of yet. Horrible company to deal with.
