Comments: I wish that I had found this vendor sooner because the last one that I tried to order from wasn't very honest. The first problem was that after two weeks form ordering, I still had not received the order; although my credit card was charged for it. After I contacted him to cancel the order, he said that he would send it to me without a shipping and handling charge, but then charged me on my credit card. When the product arrived, I refused to accept it, and the vendor wouldn't reverse the charge on my credit card. The matter is still in limbo. I protested the charge to my credit card company, and they reversed the transaction and asked the vendor to explain his side. After considering both sides of the issue, they will decide who prevails. With A Matter OF Fax Online Store, the ordering process was straightforward and easy. The item was shipped the next day after I ordered it. Matter Of Facts sent me an email to let me know that it had been shipped and providing me with a UPS tracking number so I could monitor the delivery status. The toner cartridge arrived safely because it was properly packaged. Comments: Prices are great. I tried one cartridge to see delivery time and if product was what was ordered, a high yield cartridge. Once I try the cartridge and everything works well I'll order all my cartridges for my business from you as long as the price and quality remain the same.

I paid for my order on the 7th of July. They did ship the 8th. FedEx lost my package, now MatterofFax won't replace it until the claim is settled with FedEx. In the meantime, I'm out $70 and don't have printer cartridges. FedEx sent an email to me a week ago (since I had to file the claim for this company because they didn't seem able to do it) that they settled the claim. It is now the 28th of July and I still don't have anything. I think they are crooks.

They are impossible to reach. They bill your credit card before they ship. TOTAL N I G H T M A R E. Run like hell. Total Disaster. Placed order got a call one week later, shifty owner Jonathon Sheldon trying to cross sell me another unit. I was irrational that the unit I ordered didn't ship, but the one he was telling me about did seem better (it cost more too) Ok. Do it. 2 weeks later I finally get my box. HOLY CRAP. The box look really old and dirty, like it ALREADY had been shipped a BILLION miles. (you know not that new look) Turns out unit was NOT NEW, Someone else had used it, and it wasn't packed correctly so it's used and broken. I immediately call "Customer Service" tell the girl there Kelly and she starts laughing! From there it went downhill! I had to call and find out where the RMA was being sent to. They don't return calls, they don't return emails, they will leave you on hold for over 45 minutes in the hopes that you will hang up the phone. Also look carefully at their cheesy "customer service front" website! It's merely a FRONT! The login/ID password deal to look at your order ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL. They will BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD THE INSTANT YOU GIVE IT TO THEM. Even if the item will not ship for 2 weeks

Before you decide to purchase a printer or supplies at A Matter of Fax, first ask yourself if you like gambling. It's a gamble because you may get what you order and do it without needing to contact their Customer Service. But if you encounter even the slightest discrepancy, you might as well walk away from the bet; you lost. Never have I encountered such powerless and rude customer service agents. They can't fix the problem (when they finally admit there is one) and they'll probably blame YOU if any of the data spit out by their website isn't quite as copacetic as they KNOW it should be. Expect small, unexpected extra charges. Just consider it like the part of the poker pot that the house keeps.
