Comments: I have worked with HirePatriots for almost a year to help Veterans and Wounded Warriors and Disabled Veterans find "Day" jobs, Part time & Full time jobs.I know that returning Veterans coming back from War Zones with multiple tours have a very difficult time readjusting to a "normal" life as a civilian again, A very high percentage get divorced within the firs year they are back. A great majority of them suffer from many different Psychological Disorders as well as traumas Physically. Another finding is that a very high rate of them quit the jobs they return to, and a great number of them find out that they have been passed over for promotions and raises in pay while they have been Defending our Freedoms. Hire Patriots tries to find help for these Heros in many different ways. One is the jobs, but we are adding more to the menu all the time. In California there is a Marriage Encounter for couples that have a PLUS rate of about 98% of those who attend do not get divorces. A recent possible addition is Job Seeker Success Mindset Training, created by Jeff Garten, It is so good that the entire State of Illinois has made it part of their requirements for any unemployed Veteran or civilian. Hire Patriots has Regional Directors in 32 states at the present and growing all the time, hoping to get Directors in all 50 states. Hire Patriots is a non profit organization that gives all of this help to Veterans, Spouses for Free. It is supported by donations by anyone or company that wants to give back to the Patriots who have served to protect us. God Bless Hire Patriots.
