Bravenet was the first place I hosted a website, and the experience was terrific. They offer so many free things you can add to a site, such as a map, guestbook, 100's of templates, it was amazing to me. The support was always fast and friendly and informative. Now I have over 50 sites and make my living online and Bravenet continues to be my favorite hosting provider.

This is a nice site and the Webmaster features they offer are useful; however, there are a lot of ads, and I find the ads to be a distraction. And the Webmaster tools they offer are not the best to be found on the Web.

Bravenet.com is the best web tool provider on the planet! I'm not sure I understand some of the complaints I've seen here as their technical support is some of the best I've dealt with. All my inquiries were answered in a timely fashion. Their website offers tons of great resources, and tools for my site. I like their hosting too!

Bravenet provides the worst customer sevice imaginable. They consistantly shuck their responsibility and avoid responding to support help. My site has been down for days now because of them and I am forced to take legal action against them.

If you are serious about your business, you should definitely stay away from this company. They take forever to respond to your inquiries, that is, when you do get a response. It is probably easier getting a root canal rather than trying to get bravenet to help you with problem on their site. You want a website that stays up and be able to do business without down time? Go somewhere else.

If you pruchase traffic from this vendor please know that you are going to be promoted via blind pop-unders mainly on other sites that are more likely participating in the "traffic trading" program which is a free version of what you will be paying for. The traffic seems to have a strong international flavor to it also, which is wonderful if you are looking to promote largely outside the US, but not so much for local folks.
