IMHO, the forums are filled with flames and rudeness, not all that helpfull, and the revies on the homepage are plentifull, but for soem reason i just dont really trust them all that much. They do post really great screenies of hardware and benchies though. Also, its all very SSSSLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW

You can get a taste of what this site has to offer by considering their script-kiddie name, "[H]ard|OCP." Site was decent in the late 90s when overclocking was king, but it is more of a has-been now... the coverage has gone mostly downhill. You should take almost everything you read at "the [H]" with a grain of salt, because they sensationalize their stuff to try and draw in traffic (lately they pushing Digg hardcore). Their views on benchmarking are also stale and not really that interesting, but they will constantly tell you about how their testing is so great. For hardware reviews, Anand and TR are better.

I have been reading [H] now for over 6 years and I have watched the site evolve into a great resource for the enthusiast as well as now the mainstream end user. Their news pages are chock full of humorous rhetoric that will show you just how bland other tech news sites can be. HardOCP does not take themselves too seriously and always puts their readers first. Great job! Keep it up. I love the new site design!!!

Keep an eye on what these guys have to say. They usually hit the nail on the head. And when they are not exactly right, they are not far off at all and still usually have a great take on something that the masses wouldn't think of. They are plugged in...

These guys have really shown the world what they are made of in the last year. They have without a doubt the best video card reviews and motherboard reviews on the Web. They take the roll of end user and test everything as a person like myseld would actually use it. They go beyond the usual, "It is faster in this benchmark" and actually give some feedback on the equipment. If you are a hardware enthusiast and are not reading HardOCP, you are missing out.
