After being such a loyal customer, you would think they would treat you with a little more courtesy than just shutting down your site without redirecting my DNS servers. Absolutely awful. Never would ever want to associate ANYTHING from them ever again.

DSL connection speeds are nowhere near what they claim them to be. Dialup connection is a nightmare as the connection drops every 5 to 10 minutes and you have to wait for it to reestablish itself. Phone tech support is poor at best with 15 to 30 minute wait times and, when you do get through, communication is difficult, as techs do not speak English well. Email support is nonexistent. You can email them to your hearts content but, at best, you will receive a form reply that often has nothing to do with your request.

I got service for my home through EarthLink around dec. 2005. They sent the modem, cd software, and everything else needed for setup. I got the service running, but noticed it was running at 250 kps. This speed remained consistent even when no other phone lines were connected. This is where the trouble began, every time I called the customer service I was guaranteed at least a 15 minute wait to talk with someone. Once you get on the line with a cust. rep. they automatically think you're stupid asking you questions like are all your lines filtered? Is your modem close to a TV? Etc. Ect. Ect bla bla bla. Then after 30 minutes of being on the phone they would often times put me on hold stating that they were checking the modem. When I asked if I could get someone out to my location to check out my line, it seriously felt like I was pulling teeth to get an actual human over here. I was on the line with one rep. for over an hour who kept putting me on hold "checking" "something" for 15 minutes at a time until I finally hung up. I've never called back again because they consistently waste my time evertime I call. So now I'm stuck with slow speeds and a company that treats it's customers like dirt.

The web design layout is not cool enough. It can do better than that.
