Comments: I suffer from ‘sudden on-set blindness’ (Central Serous Retinopathy) brought on by stress. This occurs at times of peak stress. I have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder having survived a fire. I have purchased from Dell for 20-years. I have bought literally hundreds of computers from them over the years, including three for personal use. Unfortunately, I purchased an Inspiron duo from them & on delivery the touch screen would not work I have just taken legal advice about this & I understand I have been the victim of criminal misrepresentation. Dell assured me on their website that "if you receive a product that does not work the way it was intended, we will take it back and...supply a replacement". They make themselves out to be the Marks & Spencers of the computer world, however, when I had this problem with my new computer, I found the manuals would not download & neither the e-mail address nor telephone number of Technical Support were available. It turns out that Dell's "30-day...replacement guarantee" is not honoured for computers.
