It's GREAT for managing a schedule manually, but as an online booking utility, it's got two issues that keep me from using it with my clients. 1) Finding an open appointment slot is like finding a needle in a haystack. When clients want to book an appointment, they choose a service and then see a calendar that shows the whole month. The days that you're open for business are shaded green. Days that you're closed show as gray, so the client knows not to click on those days. he Clickbook calendar could EASILY convey to me the client that you aren't available for the service I want graphically by shading OUT days that you're not available, but it instead creates a situation where the client has to hunt and peck and hope to find an opening that works. Instead of saving clients and the business time with booking appointments, Clickbook puts all the frustration on the client who has to somehow figure out when you're available by clicking and waiting for a positive response. 2) Clickbook REQUIRES clients to create unique logins. This should be optional by business. I use a different booking system now that allows new clients to just type in a name, phone number, and email and they're good to go. The ease with which people can do this has gotten me many new clients without ever having had to even talk to them! No logins, no passwords, etc. It's VERY unlikely any of my clients in the future will attempt to book someone else. The potential for fraud is so low that I don't think the unique logins are necessary. If Clickbook could get the two things I mentioned above fixed, I'd love to start using Clickbook again. Their back-end functions are AWESOME.

My clients love how easy it is to book recurring appointments and like the free email reminders the day before (and the email reminders give me a chance to prepare for my clients, too). Since I can access clickbook from anywhere there is internet access, I never have to worry about forgetting an appointment, or not being home to take a message, ever!
