Facebook User says: The ensuing pummeling by bell's godawful internet site and on top of that the horrid job of at least 5 different customer service reps has left me stunned at the ineffectual and overall poor upkeep of bell's site and entire company. $5 dollars doesn't come cheap for bell. After being referred all through bell's site I was finally prompted with a number and told to actually call in to get my discount. Lo and behold the number they listed on the site doesn't actually refer to the correct service department, and not only that their message manager wasn't even working properly, guiding me in french when I specifically asked for english. I'm finally connected to a customer service rep only to be redirected to another department, at which point I was promptly disconnected. After going through this several more times and being transferred from department to department (they never actually transferred me to the correct one) I was able to surmount precisely what department I needed to be speaking to, and was then able to actually find the number online to call them. It turns out of course though that I was wrong and I was again transferred to the final "onebill" department. I spoke with the rep and after notifying him of the money I was to be rebated, he told me that I was actually ineligible and that I would need to ask for it after receiving my first bill. tl;dr navigating through the utter poopoo bell site trying to get a minor rebate only to realize I'm not eligible. Bear in mind, I was already past the 30 minutes of use on my phone at this point, and was no longer able to even return it. p.s the actual bell online profile page is horribly programmed and goddamn slow, I get errors every time I use it and still have no real idea how to navigate it, because it is just so poorly designed and so user-unfriendly.
