Non-existant Customer service, their site isdown along with their forwarding at leastonce a week. If you use these people to forward your IP you to will also be down and no one will assist you. Beware, service is cheap but you get what you pay for.

I've been hosting my home office site w/ a hosting provider for a couple years. A friend recommened No-IP. Now i run my website from home using IIS on a dynamic IP address. Recently i started using their mail reflector service since I wanted to host my own email. My isp blocked port 25 and no-ip.com had a workaround for me. SWEET!
