Comments: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Upon renewal they messed up the renewal and charged me for the renewal domains went into quarantine, wanted to charge £30 to fix even though it was their fault, websites off-line during all this and said it would take 3-7 days to get out of quarantine called the registrar direct "eurid" they said it was no cost and could be done immediately re registered with a better domain company gandi*net they took over the domains instantly. Websites back online within a hour or so. Requested refund for the renewal payment as I paid through gandi (A lot cheaper) then I could not login to 123reg no email no letter no warning no notice, but found out when calling them on 020 858 775 58 free version of their 08 45 number. that the account was disabled due to a paypal dispute. To reactivate my account they want £60. I only want to do this to get all my other domains transferred to gandi*net
