- Untouchable, Horrible Company.

markymark123 says: Most of the good reviews are from people probably making a couple of hundred bucks per month. It is when you start earning some serious cash that is when the problems arise. I had a nice small business doing around $1200/day. This was going strong and regular for 12 months, maybe slightly more. The next year this went up to $9000/day due to high ranks in Google finally coming off. Within 7 days they froze my account and held over $50000 of my money. Again the same old crap, "We are doing this for you". After weeks of trying to get my account activated, sending document after document, I was finally told that my account will remain suspended and that I could never use their system again. Now to the newbies out their, you can only be thinking well you must have had a high amount of refunds and chargebacks. Short answer no. Less than a 1% refund and chargeback rate. As you can imagine the whole situation was crippling. Not only do you have to accept the huge loss of what Paypal was holding but the loss of $9000/day whilst you are trying to get your account back on. People are only taking the time to write these reviews to help newbies make an informed decision and hopefully not make the same mistakes. This company will go down eventually. If people keep going for alternatives, some other company is scooping all of these customers up. There is a killing to be made, Paypal will have no-one left in the end. Thank you for listening. If this helps just one person stay clear is was worth saying. Bye. P.S. I have since found an alternative payment system and everything has been running smoothly ever since : - ) Do the smart thing people. Get an account with a merchant bank, then a gateway, Authorize. net
